On the internet: Log on to selfservice.dstv.com where you’ll find your account details, reset error codes, payments and so forth.
On your phone: Type in *120*MULTI# (68584) on your cellphone and hit ‘dial’ or download the DStv app on your smartphone, iPhone or iPad.
On email: enquiries@multichoice.co.za – you’ll get a response within 24 hours.
